Auckland Home Show Gift Card giveaway terms and conditions.  

 

Entry into this prize draw constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions: 

 

  1. Entry into this Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:         
  2. The Promoter is Westpac New Zealand Limited (“Westpac”).   
  3. There are four separate prizes of $500 to be won.             
  4. To enter and be eligible to win you must complete the online entry form at the Westpac stand at the Auckland Home Show. For each completed form you will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) entry will give the entrant one opportunity to win one of the four prizes available in the Prize Draw.             
  5. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and rejected.         
  6. The winners of the Prize Draw will be randomly selected on 18 September 2025.          
  7. The winners will be notified by Westpac approximately five to ten weekdays after the date of the Prize Draw. If a winner is not reasonably able to be contacted within 30 days of the Prize Draw, the prize shall be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn.             
  8. The winners will receive their prize of a $500 Mastercard gift card®.
  9. Employees and their immediate families of Westpac and other entities involved in any Prize Draw are not eligible to enter or win. 
  10. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Westpac reserves the right to substitute the prize or any portion of the prize with an alternative prize of equivalent value without notice.            
  11. If for any reason Westpac is not able to run the Prize Draw as planned, Westpac reserves the right to postpone, extend, amend, re-schedule or cancel (“Change”) the Prize Draw at any time on the provision of reasonable notice by email.       
  12. Westpac reserves the right to verify the validity of any entries and may disqualify an entrant for (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; or (c) engaging in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Westpac reserves the right to recover damages or other compensation from any entrant involved in such activities.
  13. All decisions made by Westpac are final and no correspondence will be entered into.            
  14. Westpac accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.        
  15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Westpac (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the Prize Draw or acceptance or use of any prize.   
  16. If an entrant is under the age of 18 years, they acknowledge that they have their parent's permission to enter the Prize Draw and agree that their parent or guardian may be required to sign acceptance of these terms and conditions of Prize Draw on their behalf prior to claiming any prize.            
  17. Each valid entry becomes the property of Westpac. All personal information from entries will be collected and stored by Westpac in accordance with the Privacy Policy.         
  18. Westpac reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this Prize Draw. Verification is at the discretion of Westpac, whose decision is final.
