How do I view, edit and delete direct debits in Westpac One Business?
You can edit or delete a draft direct debit, a pending direct debit, or an approved direct debit that’s scheduled but hasn’t been processed.
View a direct debit.

Select Direct debits from the left-hand menu.

Select Manage direct debits.

(Optional) Use the Filter to select Direct debits.

Search for the direct debit.

Select View.

This will open the direct debit details screen, where you can view and edit, or delete the direct debit.
Edit a direct debit.
If you edit a direct debit that’s already been approved, it will cancel the existing approval and restart the approval process.
- Select Direct debits from the left-hand menu.
- Select Manage direct debits.
- Find the direct debit you want to edit in either Your approval, Pending, or Drafts.
- (Optional) Use the Filter to select Direct debits.
- Select Edit.
- Make your changes to the direct debit.
- (Optional) Select Update draft to save changes to drafts without creating the direct debit. It will stay in Drafts.
- Select Next to review your changes.
- Approve the direct debit or send it for approval.
- The direct debit will then continue through your usual approval process.
Delete a direct debit.

Select Direct debits from the left-hand menu.

Select Manage direct debits.

Find the direct debit you want to edit in either Your approval, Pending, or Drafts.

(Optional) Use the Filter to select Direct debits.

Search for the direct debit.

Select Delete.

Confirm you want to delete the direct debit.
Note: Once a direct debit has been deleted it cannot be reinstated. You’ll need to create a new direct debit.
