How do I reset my Westpac One Business password?
You can reset your Westpac One Business® digital banking password from the login screen if you forget it. You’ll need your Westpac One Business username and the mobile phone registered to your account.
Reset your password - web.
- Go to westpac.co.nz.
- Select Westpac One Business from the dropdown menu.
- Select Login.
- Select Forgot your password? on the login page and follow the on-screen prompts.
Reset your password - mobile.
- Go to westpac.co.nz.
- Select Login, then select Westpac One Business.
- Select Login.
- Select Forgot your password? on the login page and follow the on-screen prompts.
If you forgot your username.
Please contact your administrator. They can provide your username or reset your password for you.
