How do I give feedback about a notification?

To give feedback on a notification in Westpac One® digital banking:  

1. Select the three dots on the top-right corner of the notification  
2. Select This is useful or This isn’t useful.   

When the comment option is available, you're also welcome to share your feedback.

We use your feedback to make your notifications more helpful and useful for you.    

If you select This isn’t useful, you may still receive that notification in the future if it’s important for your banking.
