To check who you have granted access to your account:

  1. Log in to your Westpac One account.
  2. Select Profile from any Westpac One page, then Third-party access.
  3. Select:
    Active for a list of who currently has access
    Inactive for a list of who had access in the past but doesn’t have current access
    Pending for a list of who is waiting for access to be approved or declined. 

To remove a third party’s access:

  1. Find their name on the Active list
  2. Review the consent details to confirm it's the access you want to manage
  3. Select Manage, then scroll down and select Remove access
  4. Select Yes, remove access to cancel the third-party’s access to your accounts.

If you’re not able to cancel access that was approved by someone else, contact us for help.
