You can upload payment files from your accounting or payroll system directly into Westpac One Business for approval and processing. You don’t need to set up an import profile or choose a file format. Westpac One Business automatically detects and validates your file format.

New cards features
We’ve added more features to make it easier for customers to manage their Business Mastercard facilities in Westpac One. You can now:
Instantly block or unblock cards
Request to cancel a card
Request to turn contactless payments on or off
Request to turn the ability to make cash withdrawals on or off
Request to update cardholder details
Request to change daily limits for a specific card
Notify us of upcoming travel
Dispute a transaction.

Billing dates changing
The monthly billing date for chargeable transactions in Westpac One Business is changing from the 20th of the following month to the last calendar day of the month.
Charges for transactions made during April will be billed on 20 May. Charges for transactions made during May will be billed on 31 May. You’ll be charged on the last day of the month from this point.
