Business Online is your current digital banking service for business, which is being replaced by our new service, Westpac One Business®. Our new design makes it easy to do your business banking, and for us to add even more features in the future.

This only affects your banking with Business Online. You can continue to use other banking services like Corporate Online and Westpac One digital banking as usual.

Activate Westpac One Business.

After you’ve been moved to Business Online, we'll send your new username via email. You will need both that username and the mobile phone registered to you in Business Online to activate your Westpac One Business account for the first time. After you've activated Westpac One Business, you’ll be directed to log in from our Westpac website. You can then continue to log in from the Westpac One Business login page on our website. You can save this page for easy access. Don’t use your old Business Online login page.
