Before moving day.

  • Fully authorise any new automatic payments in Business Online beforehand to make sure they get moved, including those on any third-party accounts linked to your Business Online.

On moving day.

  • Only your current, fully authorised automatic payments will be moved and any automatic payments due on this day will still be paid. This includes automatic payments on any third-party accounts linked to your Business Online.  

Immediately after moving day.

  • Automatic payments can only be viewed and managed in Westpac One Business. You won’t be able to view or manage them in Business Online (or through your own personal banking in Westpac One, if you use it). They’ll continue to be paid as normal in Westpac One Business. 
  • To avoid duplication, use Westpac One Business for new automatic payments. 
  • Don’t create new automatic payments in Business Online or your own personal Westpac One - as they won’t be visible in Westpac One Business.
  • Any suspended automatic payments that were resumed or edited in Business Online but still waiting to be authorised will move in their original suspended state. You’ll need to resume or edit them again in Westpac One Business.
  • Any automatic payments that weren’t fully authorised in Business Online before your move will need to be re-created in Westpac One Business.

This applies to all automatic payments including on any third-party accounts linked to your Business Online.
