How do I check transactions and get statements in digital banking?
To check transactions from all your accounts in one place, select Timeline from the main menu in Westpac One® digital banking.
To get a copy of your credit card, home loan, transaction or savings account statement:
In the app:
- Choose the account you want from the Accounts screen. This screen shows your transactions
- Select the three dots next to the account name, then Download statements
- Choose a statement from the list, or choose a date range with the From and To fields, select View statements, then choose your statement
- Select the share button from the top right to print, save or share the statement.
In online banking:
- Choose the account you want from the Accounts screen. This screen shows your transactions
- Select Download statements if you’re using a computer or laptop
If you’re in online banking on your phone, select the three dots, then Download statements
- Choose a statement from the list to view or download, or choose a date range with the From and To fields, then select View statements and choose a statement.
To get a copy of your transactions.
- Log in to online banking (exporting transactions is not available in the app)
- Choose the account you want from the Accounts screen
- Select Export transactions
- Select the date range using From and To
- Choose the file Format
- Select Export and you've got your file.
