At Westpac we’re always looking for ways to understand how to help our customers grow financially and hearing directly from them is one of the best ways to do that.

My2cents is a research community whose members are regularly asked their opinions on a variety of topics. The responses help us better understand our customers and hear what they think about us and the financial services industry. This community has been established in collaboration with the other major banks in New Zealand with the help of Insights HQ (formerly Camorra Research).

Customers selected to become members of the my2cents research community will receive an invitation via email. This invitation will take them to the my2cents registration form, prompting them to tell us a bit more about themselves. It’s quick and easy and can be done via a smartphone, tablet, PC or laptop.

The survey invitation will look the same (or very similar) to the one shown here.
