Home cover for landlords

Being a landlord has its ups and downs, which is why it's important to protect your investment with the right insurance. With home insurance for landlords you're not only covered for repairs or a rebuild up to your sum insured but you can also choose to add cover under a number of other landlord specific benefits.

It's for you if:

  • you're a landlord and you want additional protection for your rental income if your home is not able to be lived in due to a loss that's covered by the Policy.
  • you want the option to tailor your insurance policy to your needs by adding additional cover for your chattels, protection against tenants not paying rent or deliberate damage to your home.
  • you want the reassurance of knowing your home will be repaired or rebuilt up to the sum insured if it's accidentally damaged or in the event of a total loss.
  • you need temporary help paying your Westpac home loan if you lose your home completely.
