Our branch staff do not handle cash on weekends, but are available to help with a range of non-cash enquiries. You can still make cash deposits and withdrawals at our ATMs.

Our ATMs are cleaned and replenished with cash regularly.
You can also use ATMs operated by other New Zealand banks at no charge.

We have endeavoured to make sure the ATM finder is up-to-date, we apologise for any inaccuracy.
We have temporarily increased the PIN limit for contactless payments at retailers from $80 to $200. This means you won’t have to enter a PIN number on a PIN pad unless you spend over $200.
This change also applies to contactless payments made using mobile phones.
Merchants do not need to take any action to enable this change, and there is no additional cost to them.
