Hundreds of Kiwi SMEs entered the recent Westpac Business Growth Grant, which aims to help up and coming Kiwi businesses (with turnover under $10m) reach their potential.
The prize: a $40,000 cash injection and $10,000 to spend on advertising, as well as a trip Fiji to attend a business retreat with the other finalists.
It didn’t matter where they were based, which sector or industry they’re in, or even if they’re a Westpac customer or not. All they needed to enter was to have a vision for growth and desire to take their business to the next level.
Now the judging has been completed and the six finalists, who come from all over the country and diverse industries, competing for the major prize have been announced.
