Are your details up to date?
It’s important that we have your latest contact details including your mobile phone number and email address.
If we are unable to send the passcode to you, your transaction will not be approved.
You can update your details in Westpac One (or, here’s a helpful guide if you’re unsure how) or by calling us on 0800 400 600 (Weekdays 7am – 8pm and Saturday & Sunday 8am – 5pm).
