- temporarily block your credit card if you lose it
- make payments to accounts in New Zealand or overseas
- open a new account
- open and view term deposits
- and much more.

There’s also a smart Timeline feature – where you can view, search and filter all your transactions from all your accounts in the one place.

Plus you can check the balance of selected accounts and transfer between those accounts without having to log in

Getting better but enhanced functionality would be great

Westpac One is starting to grow on me, but it still lacks some basic functionality. The first is a Secure Mail function, which is standard across most NZ banks, and increasingly important in the time of COVID-19. Rather than waiting on hold for hours during a lockdown or when you can’t reach a branch, it would be great to send a secure email for assistance and then wait 2-3 or even 5 days for a response. This would allow the bank to better triage customer service requests, keep customer frustration down and avoid testy phone conversations with customer service representatives (the ones I’ve dealt with have been excellent, thanks Westpac), and end up with better time usage for everyone. The second functionality I’d like to see is the ability to save the details for international payees. Having to input this data every time I want to send money to a family member overseas is a real pain. It would be great to save the details like we can for NZ payees. Thanks for your consideration.

App is force quitting itself

Not sure what happened but app is no longer opening on my iPhone. All other applications work, I’ve deleted the app to try and download again. It won’t even download now.
The app, usually, is great! Features, layout and overall function is very easy and accessible but for some reason isn’t working right now

Timeline problem

The app is great for everything except trying to find things on your timeline because it isn’t correct and is all out of order it will say I went to 5 different places on one day even though I went to those places on completely different days. It’s really frustrating and I’m thinking of changing banks because of this, one of my friends has already changed banks because of this problem too. If you could fix this issue I’d happily stay with this bank but if not I will need to change as it’s not good enough and not helpful at all.
