|Security after loss (with no excess) to help you secure your home against further loss
|Fatal injury benefit - A payment to your estate if you or your spouse ide from a first or burgulary at home

|Post-event inflation protection for natural disaster, flood or storm
||10% of sum insured
|Selling you home - If your home is damaged before settlement, the purchaser could also be covered for any loss of deposit
