Why does Westpac Pay not work on my customised Android operating system?

All of our branches in Auckland are closed this weekend. Normal hours will resume on Monday 8th March with Level 2 social distancing measures in place in Auckland. Thanks to everyone for their patience and understanding during the past week.

Westpac Pay will not be eligible for use on custom Android distributions, as they may add or modify certain behaviour that compromises security integrity of the payment application.
