If you believe for any reason that your user name or password could be known by someone else, or if you discover any unauthorised use of your MasterPass™, you must change your relevant password immediately. You must then notify Westpac NZ of the security breach in respect of any Westpac issued cards that are potentially affected by calling Westpac NZ on 0800 400 600 (from 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week and reduced hours on public holidays).

If you store details on MasterPass in relation to credit, debit or prepaid cards that are not issued by Westpac, you must also advise the issuer of the relevant card of the security breach.
