If your Westpac card has been overcharged or you have received the wrong item, please contact the merchant you purchased the item from directly. If the merchant has not been able to resolve the issue and you are a Westpac cardholder then you can contact Westpac NZ to dispute the transaction as per the process outlined in the Transactions Disputes section of Westpac NZ's Credit Card Conditions of Use. For disputes regarding non-Westpac card transactions, please contact the relevant card issuer.
