I have a direct debit set up to pay my credit card balance; what do I do if I want to pay the balance off earlier and stop the direct debit being processed?

If you want to pay off your credit card balance before your direct debit payment takes place, you’ll need to call Westpac customer support on 0800 888 111 at least two days before the direct debit payment date to either stop or amend the direct debit payment.

 The direct debit will be reinstated from your next statement.
