You might notice your Accounts page in Westpac One® digital banking looks a little different. It has a new design to help make your everyday banking even easier.

Here's what's changed so you can find everything you need. 

 

What’s changed? 

1.  Where can I make transfers and payments?

'Quick transfer' and 'Pay & transfer' are now above your accounts for easier access. You can also continue to use 'Pay & transfer' in the left-hand menu to make payments and transfers.  

 2. Where are the ‘I want to’ quick links?

 The 'I want to' links on your Accounts page have been removed from the right-hand menu. Here's where you can find these links: 

  • 'Quick transfer' and 'Pay & transfer' are now above your accounts and 'Pay & transfer' is also in the left-hand menu.  
  • 'Make a payment/transfer' is now 'Pay & transfer' and is above your accounts and also in the left-hand menu. 
  • 'Learn to use Westpac One' is now under 'Support' in the header.  
  • ‘Setup and manage alerts' is now under 'Profile' in the header.  
  • 'Notify Westpac of my travel' is now under 'Support' in the header and 'Manage cards' in the left-hand menu. 
  • 'Manage Cards' is now in the left-hand menu.  
  • 'Open/Apply' is now under 'Products & services' in the left-hand menu.   
  • 'Contact Westpac' is now under 'Support' in the header. 

3. Where can I add or edit payees? 

You can manage your payees in the left-hand menu. Click the dropdown next to 'Pay & transfer' and click 'Payees'.  

4. What else has changed in the left-hand menu? 

The left-hand menu in Westpac One includes links to: 

  • 'Accounts' : Check your accounts, make transfers and payments. 
  • 'Pay & transfer' : Move money between your accounts, pay a person or bill, set up automatic payments, and make overseas payments. 
  • 'Manage cards' : If you have a Westpac card you can manage it here.  
  • 'Product & services': You can open a new account, apply for a card, join the Westpac KiwiSaver scheme, open a term deposit, apply for an overdraft, personal loan, home loan or balance transfer, or apply for financial assistance. 
  • 'Timeline': Check all your banking transactions from your accounts in one place.

5. Where can I update my personal details and preferences? 

You can manage your profile by selecting 'Profile' in the top right corner of the header. Under 'Profile', you'll find: 

  • Personal details 
  • Contact preferences 
  • Security settings 
  • Alerts 
  • Tax certificates 
  • Tax details 

6. Where can I get help and support?

You can get help and support by clicking 'Support' in the top right corner of the header. Under 'Support', you'll find: 

  • Feedback 
  • Contact Westpac 
  • Notify Westpac of my travel 
  • Learn to use Westpac One 
  • Branch finder

7. Where can I read my notifications?

You can now find your notifications by clicking 'Notifications' in the header next to 'Profile'.
