I've forgotten my ATM card's PIN number. What can I do?

If you’ve forgotten your PIN for your Westpac debit or credit card or if it’s been compromised due to fraud, set a new PIN in Westpac One® digital banking. Here’s how.

1. Log in to Westpac One.
2. Select Cards.
3. Choose the card you want to update the PIN for.
4. Select Set new PIN.
5. Follow the steps to complete PIN change.

If you have an EFTPOS card or don’t have access to Westpac One digital banking, you can set a new PIN by visiting your local Westpac branch.
