Simply use your Westpac hotpoints credit card for your everyday spend, plus those big-ticket items - before you know it, you’ll have enough to redeem for some great hotpoints rewards!

First, check your hotpoints balance

Simply log in to Westpac One™, go to the hotpoints section available from the accounts page and click on the “Redeem your hotpoints now” link. This will take you through to the hotpoints website, where you can choose your reward and redeem your points.

Next, choose your rewards

Once you know how many hotpoints you have, start shopping! From merchandise and gift cards, to travel and even Westpac KiwiSaver Scheme contributions - we have something for everyone. 

Time to redeem your points

To log into the hotpoints website via Westpac One, go to the hotpoints section – available from the Westpac One accounts page, and just click on the “Redeem your hotpoints now” link.

From Westpac One you can redeem your hotpoints for rewards online at any time. Your rewards will be delivered to your door, or can be picked up in store (pick up available on selected items only).

Alternatively, call the hotpoints team on 0800 861 862 to redeem your points, Monday to Friday, from 8.30am - 5.00pm.

If you’re wanting to redeem your points for a Pay Using Points travel reward, simply pop into any Flight Centre, or call them on 0800 354 449.

Minimum credit limit

hotpoints Mastercard has a minimum credit limit of $500
