Downloading Tax Certificates

Tax certificates are now available in Westpac One on browsers. Tax certificates are produced for customers who have earned credit interest in the last tax year. 

Recommended browser for downloading your tax certificates are: Chrome and Safari.

  • Tax certificate
    Login to Westpac One and go to 'Profile' on the top right corner.
  • Under 'Profile', select 'Tax certificates' at the bottom.
  • On the right side of the screen you'll see a drop down for 'Year ended' for you to choose which financial year you want to view the tax certificate for.

Tax Certificates available through Westpac One

Only Tax Certificates for accounts that you are the owner of are available using Westpac One ie accounts in your name

  • Tax Certificates for Organisation accounts aren’t available via your personal Westpac One login (they are available if you have a login in your Organisation’s name)
  • Tax Certificates for accounts you are a signatory on but are not the account owner also aren’t available

We issue your Tax Certificate via post to the address we hold on file at the end of April. If you haven't received your tax certificate or need a certificate for an account that earned less than $20.00 of interest, please contact us.
