Stopping paper statements

Take control of your statements. You could save on fees (and the environment) by managing your paper statements in Westpac One.

  • Stop paper statement 1
    Step 1: Select 'Profile'.
  • Stop paper statement 2
    Step 2: Select 'Contact Preferences'.
  • Stop paper statement 3
    Step 3: Select the tab 'Statements' then above your accounts, you can choose to turn off statements for all or some accounts.
  • Stop paper statement 4
    Step 4: Once you've selected the accounts to stop paper statements, select 'Confirm'.
  • Stop paper statement 5
    Step 5: Once your preferences are saved, you will see the confirmation message above.
    To change your statement preference, just start the process again.

  • Add a new payee computer 1
    From the Payees screen, select Add a new payee
  • Add a new payee computer 2
    Add details of the new payee and select save
  • Add a new payee computer 3
    Or search for a registered payee (eg Vodafone) to add. You can search using their name or their account number
  • Add a new payee computer 4
  • Add a new payee computer 5
    Some registered payees have details that are required, eg name on your bill

    Step 1: Login to Westpac One then select the menu on the top right to find 'Profile'.

    Step 2: Select 'Contact Preferences'.

    Step 3: Select the tab 'Statements' then above your accounts, you can choose to turn off statements for all or some accounts.

    Step 4: Once you've selected the accounts to stop paper statements, select 'Confirm'.

    Step 5: Once complete, you will see a confirmation message above. To change your statement preference, just start again.
