Make a payment

Paying someone has never been easier. Because now, you can do it all from the one place – regardless of the type of payment you want to make: one-off payment (guide below), automatic payment, pay multiple payeesbill payment, credit card payment, payment to Australia or tax payment. You can also transfer between accounts here. Here’s how it works…

    Select Pay and Transfer

    Fields with a “>” can be opened and an option selected.
  • Make payment computer 3
    After choosing the account to pay from, select the To field and choose from one of your own accounts, select Payees to choose someone you have paid to in the past or opt for New or overseas for someone new, one off or overseas payment
  • Make payment computer 4
    The date will default to the current date. Select the Date field to change or to make the payment reoccur in the future (set up an automatic payment). Then select Continue.

    You can pay someone from two places: From the Accounts screen…
  • Make payment tablet 2
    … Or from the Payments screen.
  • Make payment tablet 3
    You can pay someone already saved as a payee, or pay someone new.
  • Make payment tablet 4
    If it’s someone new, this person will automatically be saved as a payee (if they’re in NZ). If you don’t want this, toggle ‘Off’.

    Easily pay saved payees from the ‘Payees’ tab.

    Choose 'From' account then select 'To' and choose from one of your own accounts, select or 'New or overseas' for someone new
