A Westpac HelpStation is a specialist branch which offers customers the next generation and style of banking.


When you visit a Westpac HelpStation, you’ll find a specialised team of people who can sit down with you and provide personalised and quality assistance on a range of products and services including home loans, new accounts, overdrafts, personal loans and term deposits.

And because a HelpStation doesn’t handle cash in the traditional sense i.e. all deposits and withdrawals are processed in our assisted self-serve machines, our HelpStation team can spend quality face to face time with you.

A HelpStation branch offers customers three service areas:

  • withdraw money, cash & coin deposits, cheque deposits and coin exchange
  • drop and go deposits - for larger cash deposits, prepare your banking when it suits you with Westpac Red Bags
  • specialist advice on a range of products & services including home loans, overdrafts, personal loans, term deposits, new accounts, adding or changing card PINs
  • iPads for all your online and mobile banking requirements – transfer money, pay a bill, make automatic payments and international payments

We currently have eight HelpStations in our branch network – Epsom, Rolleston, St Martins, Mt Roskill, Halswell, Tauranga, Terrace Junction & Auckland Airport.
