How it works
Customer Forum is a panel of Westpac customers who give us regular feedback on our products and services. Their feedback helps us to improve the products and services we provide, and shape how we do business.
If you join our Customer Forum panel, you’ll be sent email invitations to take part in online surveys. The surveys will differ in the type of questions and length – some may be quite short and others may be a little longer.
The surveys are completed online, so you can do it when it’s convenient for you.
It’s good to know you’re helping Westpac to improve the banking experience for other customers. But there are other rewards too!
