Features of the Corporate Bond Fund
provides the option of investing by regular payments, lump sum payments or both  
has the ability, in normal circumstances, to withdraw all or part of your investment at any time (subject to any applicable minimums)  
as this is a PIE fund, your investment will be taxed at your prescribed investor rate  
you will receive regular notices on your investment and financial statements each year.

How much do you need to invest?
Your approach to investing can be as flexible as you want it to be. You can make regular investments or pay in lump sums.
 Payment type Minimum investment
Regular investments $1200 per year - choose to pay this weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly (provided you have made the first lump sum payment of $5,000)
Lump sum payments $5000 minimum for first lump sum; $500 each per lump sum after that.
Initial service, administration and other charges
no initial service or administration charge  
a trustee fee of 0.075% p.a. (plus any GST) of the fund’s total gross value applies  
a management fee of 0.80% p.a. (plus any GST) of the fund’s total gross value applies  
The Corporate Bond Fund is a fund within the BT Private Selection unit trust.
Specialist Underlying Investment Managers
The Manager of the Corporate Bond Fund ('the Fund') is BT Funds Management (NZ) Limited ('BTNZ'), who is responsible for the investment management functions. As manager, BTNZ can employ specialist underlying investment managers for the management of the Fund. Currently, there are no specialist underlying investment managers being utilised.
A prospectus has been registered for the BT Private Selection, under which the Corporate Bond Fund is offered.

You can get a copy of the investment statement for any securities for which an investment statement is required from any Westpac branch in New Zealand.
