Why do I need to sign back into Westpac WinTrade after following a link to a third party site?
WinTrade uses encryption technology to provide protection for your personal information.
When you follow a link to another website that doesn’t use this level of security, your WinTrade session is suspended.
You need to re-enter your password when you return to the secure WinTrade environment.

How can I get help with using WinTrade?

What are the security features of WinTrade?
When you sign in to WinTrade, a secure session using 128-bit encryption is established between you and Westpac. This helps protect your information from unauthorised access.
You can only sign in to WinTrade if your browser supports full 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
To ensure the highest level of security, user PCs must be running Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6 or above to access WinTrade.
Users are automatically signed out after 30 minutes of inactivity. They will need to sign in again to start a new session.

What happens if my WinTrade session times out?
A WinTrade session will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. You will need to sign in again to continue using WinTrade.

Who do I contact if I need my WinTrade password reset?
WinTrade users can have passwords reset by their organisations’ Corporate Administrator  
Corporate Administrators can have passwords reset by any other Corporate Administrator within their organisation
