Payline Plus is
used for mail orders and telephone orders  
a web-based data entry system used to process credit card transactions, process refunds and generate reports.  
You can choose to use Payline Plus by itself, or in conjunction with WIPS Plus Hosted Plus or WIPS Plus Batch Plus.
With Payline Plus you can
process mail, telephone or faxed credit card transactions online  
receive immediate confirmation of transactions  
enter your own reference codes to facilitate reconciliation  
immediately view transactions online  
have detailed transaction reports, which can be seamlessly integrated into most accounting software packages, emailed to you daily, weekly or monthly.  
You can also choose recurring billing, which is useful if you have customers you regularly accept credit card payment from.
