Features of the Multi-Sector Unit Trusts
a choice of three unit trusts, each providing a different spread of investments  
the option of investing by regular payments, lump sum payments or both  
the ability, in normal circumstances, to withdraw all or part of your investment (subject to any applicable minimums) at any time  
you will receive regular notices on your investment and financial statements each year  
as the trusts are PIEs, your investment will be taxed at your prescribed investor rate.

How much do you need to invest?
Your approach to investing can be as flexible as you want it to be. You can make regular investments or pay in lump sum investments.
 Payment type Minimum investment
Regular investments $1200 per year for each trust—choose to pay this weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.
Lump sum payments $5,000 minimum for first lump sum for each trust; $500 each lump sum after that for each trust.
Initial service, administration and other charges
an initial service charge of $100 applies for lump sum payments only. For regular investments made by direct debit or automatic payment the initial service charge is waived  
a weekly administration charge of $1.95 (plus any GST) applies. The administration charge is waived for regular investors with balances under $5,000, making payments by direct debit or automatic payment (subject to certain conditions)

a trustee fee of up to 0.10% p.a. (plus any GST) of a trust's gross assets applies
