| To be in to win a prize with Save & Win |

| You’ll need a minimum average monthly account balance of $100. Every $100 of your average monthly balance gives you a chance to win. |

| So, if your average balance for January is $700, you get 7 chances to win if a prize draw is held that month. |

| To qualify for the draw, you also need to make a single deposit of at least $10 during the prize draw month. |

customers who close their account during the month of the draw are not able to participate in the draw. |

customers can choose not to participate in the prize draw by notifying their local Westpac branch in writing. The exclusion will apply from the date notification is received until such time as you instruct us otherwise. |

to qualify for the prize draw you need to deposit a minimum of $10 into your Save & Win account during the month of the prize draw. |

the number of chances you have to win a prize in any one draw is based on your average monthly balance. Your average monthly balance is calculated on your daily balance rounded to the nearest whole dollar. If a single deposit of at least $10 has been made during the prize draw month, for every $100 of your average monthly balance you get one chance to win. |

Westpac staff or contractors, their spouse (either married or de facto) or their dependents (i.e. children and/or parents living with them or using their residence as their postal address), are not eligible for the prize draw. |

we will take all reasonable steps to contact a major prize winner within 30 calendar days of the draw. If we are unable to contact the winner within this time, the prize is forfeit and we will draw another winner. |
|
|
a winner must claim the prize from their Westpac branch within 30 calendar days of being contacted. You’ll need to provide suitable ID such as a passport or driver’s licence or the prize is forfeit and we will draw another winner. |
|
|
major prize winners names will be made available at any Westpac branch 30 calendar days after the draw. |
|
|
non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. |
|
|
minor prize winners will have their account credited within 10 calendar days of the draw. The prize is forfeit and we will draw another winner if we are unable to credit your Save & Win or other Westpac account and we have not been able to contact you after taking all reasonable steps. |

|
winners are taken to have agreed to participate in any publicity arranged by Westpac. In the absence of such agreement, the prize is forfeit and Westpac will draw another winner. |
|
|
all travel and related expenses incurred by the winner to collect the prize are the responsibility of the winner. |
|
|
|
any decision the bank makes to do with the prize draw is final and binding on all Save & Win account holders |

|
promotions are held from time to time and are for a limited period only. Westpac may change the Save & Win prize, prize draw frequency and the prize draw conditions from time to time. Westpac will notify you of any changes to the prize draw conditions as set out in the Westpac General Terms and Conditions. |

| Westpac customers can open a new Save & Win account in Online Banking, just select ‘New account’ from the ‘I want a…’ menu. |
|
| As soon as the account has been opened, you will be able to use it in Online Banking and via ATMs and EFTPOS terminals (if you choose to access your new account using your existing bank and credit cards). |
