| Investment in the Corporate Bond Fund represents an investment in the BT Corporate Bond fund, a fund within the BT Private Selection unit trust. |

| The Manager of the Corporate Bond Fund ('the Fund') is BT Funds Management (NZ) Limited ('BTNZ'), who is responsible for the investment management functions. As manager, BTNZ can employ specialist underlying investment managers for the management of the Fund. Currently, there are no specialist underlying investment managers being utilised.
