Organised by the Commission for Financial Capability (the team responsible for Sorted.co.nz), Money Week’s an ideal time for Kiwis to use different tools and resources to help improve their financial capability and this year we're focusing on Show Me the Money.
This focuses on getting people to think about the cost of everyday items during their retirement.
At Westpac, we have lots of exciting activities that we want to share with you during Money Week.
We're launching CashNav, our new money management app that helps you track and manage your spending habits. Find out more about how this tool can show you the money here.
We are running Managing Your Money workshops around New Zealand during Money Week (and also all year round), if you are interested in getting a workshop organised for your workplace, school or community group, we can create customised workshops for you. Get in touch with us to organise a Managing Your Money workshop.
Last year we launched a board game that aims to build financial capability for youth centred around surviving in a zombie apocalypse and this year we're taking that game to some community markets. If you're based in Auckland or Christchurch you can see our zombies and get your face painted as a zombie yourself at the New Brighton market and the Otara market both on Saturday morning (10 September 2016).
