Report a lost or stolen credit card or Debit MasterCard® to us immediately

Please contact us immediately if:

  • your credit card or Debit MasterCard is lost or stolen
  • your PIN is disclosed
  • if you suspect a fraudulent transaction

In New Zealand

From overseas

  • for MasterCard cards and Visa cards, visit any branch displaying the MasterCard and Cirrus acceptance marks or Visa and Plus symbols, as shown on your card

We’ll issue you with a replacement card (a fee of $15 including standard postage applies. International delivery may incur additional courier charges).
