It’s easy to apply for a Westpac MasterCard Business Card. Contact your Westpac Relationship Manager or
- call us on 0800 888 111, 24 hours a day 7 days a week or
- download and print the Account Holder, Cardholder Application and a Direct Debit Authority forms (PDFs below). Each individual cardholder must complete a Cardholder Application form. Then take your completed forms to your Westpac branch.
