Making a claim is easy. Just call with the details and you’ll be guided through the process, making sure that your claim is handled quickly and easily. 
Important: If you suspect burglary, theft or malicious damage, you should notify the Police immediately.

What number do I need to call?

It’s an unfortunate reality of business – at some point, you’ll probably need to make an insurance claim. If you need to make a claim, please call as soon as possible. The sooner you let us know about your claim, the sooner we can help. 

Type of cover

For business, property and asset insurance:

Call AON on 0800 266 276, 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Call NZI on 0800 006 680, 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

For Life, Income and Debt insurance. This includes:

  • Westpac Bill Protection (expenses/bill insurance)
  • Flexicover Home Loan insurance
  • Gold Disability Income Cover (income protection insurance)
  • Westpac Loan Cover (personal loan insurance)
  • Card Repayment Cover (credit card cover)
