Make an automatic payment

Paying someone has never been easier. Because now, you can do it from the one place – regardless of the type of payment you want to make.

Here's how to make an automatic payment...

    From the payments screen, click 'Make a payment or transfer'.

    Enter your payment details. Click on the calendar icon and select the start date and frequency of your payment (automatic payments only work for payments to NZ recipients).

    You can also choose the number of automatic payments to be made and a different payment amount for the final automatic payment.

    Now you can skip, suspend and resume automatic payments already set up in Westpac One… To do this, select the payment you wish to edit, located in ‘Planned payments’.

    From here you can skip, suspend, or cancel your automatic payments. You can also resume your automatic payments by selecting the payment you wish to resume, located in ‘Planned payments’.
