*Effective 7 February 2014 DebitPlus Visa is no longer available for new debit card applications. The migration of Visa DebitPLUS to Debit MasterCard is a monthly process that will be ongoing until around 2017. Each month a group of customers whose Visa DebitPLUS cards are due to expire in 60 days time are re-issued with a Debit MasterCard.

Overdrafts - Service fees
Service fees are charged monthly on the last business day of the month^. The amount charged is based on your credit limit or the highest point of your overdraft for the month (whichever is greater). Note: debit interest charges may also apply.

Cash handling/deposits - Fees
Cash handling will be charged to Westpac customers when the amount of cash deposited or withdrawn to an account in any charge month^ is $75,000 or more at the following rates (the fee applies to the full amount deposited). Additional costs may apply for special requests such as large coin or cash deposits and withdrawals, and non-Westpac customers.
